I revere the act of designing
For me, design is about creating solutions that drive real-world impact. I'm a computer science graduate from BITS Goa, I have been fortunate to consult over 50 startups, designing for 20M+ users in two unicorns. I have seen great successes and a few important failures, which has honed in me, a holistic view of figuring out the right problems to solve.
Always wearing multiple hats, and being ready to do what's needed to ship first is second nature to me. As the world we live in is changing at an ever-increasing rate, and as the distance between thought and reality inches closer, it has never been more important to consider the impact of what we build into the world.
A designer's responsibility is to strongly advocate for the user and their needs. This often translates into building better products for the success of their brand and increasing their profits. But a designer must also guide the business to create something that not just looks good but rather something that works well and helps the earth.
At the end of this neatly written text, I will add that I do not avoid humor or self-mockery in my work and interaction with people. I believe it's essential to have a humane approach to all things we do and keep it grounded.

I've designed everything from merchandise to 10+ recording studios. I love giving talks and listening to students from various disciplines on designing for the future. I have a deep passion for physics, mathematics, psychology and artificial intelligence and can't believe the pace of progress after keeping up with the latest research papers. I have recently done a renovation myself, so I can hold a drill. I've led an NGO for 4 years where I taught underprivileged kids basic schooling, and they, in turn, taught me humility.
I love meeting new people and having deep conversations about technology, science & philosophy. I think it's essential to understand how we humans define the world around us. I'm an avid gamer, bake kick-ass brownies, and love traveling. I learned all the important things in my life from my dad, who's changing the world in his own ways.
